    This podcast CE course reviews the basics of sleep and defines sleep stages and disorders, including providing an overview of our need for sleep, factors that lead to a good night sleep, and the impact of sleep on mental and physical wellbeing. This course also introduces the basics of CBT-I intervention in the assessment and treatment of sleep disorders.

  • How To Take This Course

    In order to receive a certificate of completion reflecting the associated CE credit hour, you must:

    #3: Achieve a passing grade on the post-presentation test (the test has up to ten questions and you must earn a score of at least 80%; users can re-test up to three times. Her clinical work focuses on neurodevelopmental and psychoeducational evaluations and provision of therapeutic services to children, teens, and adults with anxiety and affiliated disorders. In her coaching work, Dr. Dwyer empowers providers to build, grow, and define private practices from a place of values-aligned intentional behavior. She works with clients in her suburban Denver office, through telehealth throughout the state of Colorado, and through distance coaching services throughout the country.

Elizabeth 'Beth' Irias (she/her) is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and the Founder and President of Clearly Clinical. She has specializations in Clinical Documentation, Best Practice, and Utilization Review, and works closely with clinical teams across the US as a trainer and national conference presenter; Beth was formerly an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University in the Graduate Psychology and Education department.
