    This podcast interview discusses how to understand and address self-sabotaging behaviors in our clients, be it in domains like work, romantic relationships, friendships, health, and/or bad habits. Dr. Judy Ho explain how self-sabotage is a universal phenomenon, and discusses the evolutionary roots of this pattern of behavior. During the course, self-sabotage conceptualization strategies are discussed, and helpful, evidence-based interventions are also reviewed.

Dr. Judy maintains a private practice in Manhattan Beach, CA where she specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and expert witness work.
