COURSE DESCRIPTION
This on-demand podcast CE course explores the intersection of complex trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and the persistence of toxic intimate relationships. Through a trauma-informed lens, Dr. Nancy Grechko shares clinical insights and practical strategies for helping clients who find themselves repeatedly drawn to harmful relational patterns. Topics include defining complex trauma, distinguishing between unhealthy and toxic relationships, identifying covert power and control dynamics, understanding popular psychological terms circulating on social media, and exploring the nervous system’s role in partner selection and relational reactivity.
