    If you’re not specially trained in the treatment of eating disorders, it can be difficult to discern when disordered eating behavior crosses the invisible line into a diagnosable condition, and how/when to step in and address it. In this course, clinicians learn the difference between Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating Behaviors, and the presenter thoroughly describes how these conditions can affect adolescents. This podcast interview also offers resources clinicians can use to help parents who have teenage children who are struggling with Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating Behaviors.

She also enjoys mentoring new clinicians into the field of Eating Disorder Treatment, and coaching parents to help their teens recover from Disordered Eating. Elizabeth 'Beth' Irias (she/her) is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and the Founder and President of Clearly Clinical.
