    For some therapists, talking about sex and sexual expression causes feelings of discomfort, confusion, and vulnerability. If we struggle with talking about sex as therapists, imagine what it’s like for our clients! This course discusses how the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy presents tools to tackle sexual topics can help both the client and the clinician navigate the topic of sex in therapy. This course includes discussion about how our own beliefs, values, and conditioning about sex can unknowingly contribute to shame in our clients, and how to increase our own comfort with the topic.
